This is such a perfect meal for the summertime, with using all of the fresh vegetables that you can purchase at the local farmers market. I used a simple sour cream dressing, but feel free to switch it out for anything you like on top. It’s a perfect meal, and I even toasted the pita bread in the air fryer, simple and my kitchen didn’t get hot.
Here are the simple steps to make it in your own air fryer,
Start by marinating the chicken with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and baharat spices. Let sit for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator, and then air fry the chicken at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, flip the chicken an air fry for another 5 minutes until the chicken internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Ingredients
- 2 (6 ounces) boneless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons baharat
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 toasted pita bread
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- lemon wedges (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Start by marinating the chicken with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and baharat spices.

- While the chicken is cooking in a small mixing bowl, mix together the diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, diced pita bread, and feta cheese.
- To serve, scoop the salad onto a plate, and then top with a chicken breast, spread the sour cream on top, of the chicken breast.
