- 1 cup chicken (cooked)
- 1 cup thawed vegetables (from the freezer section)
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
Here Are the Really Simple Instructions on How to Make This in Your Air Fryer,
In a small mixing bowl, mix together your cooked chicken, vegetables, and chicken soup.
Scoop the filling into an air fryer ramekin or baking dish (Hint: USUALLY if the pan is oven safe, it’s usually air fryer safe)
In another bowl mix together your baking mix, milk and egg. Mix well.
Spread the topping on the filling, and using a spoon, smooth the top.
Place the baking dish into the air fryer and set the temperature to 340 degrees F, (air fryer setting) for 15-25 minutes. This is going to be dependent on the air fryer you own, and how large and deep the baking dish is being used.

Notes
NOTE: This is going to be dependent on the air fryer you own, and how large and deep the baking dish is being used. The key is to keep on air frying it until the top is cooked. Since you are using cooked chicken, soup, and thawed vegetables, you are just really heating the bottom layer up.

Tips for Making the Perfect Homemade Chicken Pot Pie:
- Always make sure you cut your chicken into bite size pieces. (Same as with chicken)
- This recipe works really well with left over rotisserie chicken.
- If you want to butter the top of the pie crust, for a more flaky crust.
