Pro Tips For Making the Best Air Fryer Mini Cheesecake

  • Make sure you start with room-temperature cream cheese, otherwise, you will have lumps in your cheesecake.
  • Try not to over-mix the filling; once the filling is smooth, stop mixing.
  • Always let the cheesecake cool to room temperature before chilling. If you do not chill, it will be soup. The cream cheese filling needs the cold to firm up.

Storing

I highly recommend that you keep these in the refrigerator. The greatest thing is since they are cupcakes, just line them on a plate, and place the plate of uneaten ones back in the refrigerator.
