A few ingredients late, I created something easy that can be served at any holiday gathering. These are really easy to make and look fabulous
Switch out the mushrooms to your favorite mushroom, and serve with a dipping sauce, and it will soon become a family favorite.
Air Fryer Cheesy Mushroom Puffs
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mushrooms diced
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Package Crescent Dough Sheets
Simple Directions:
- Start by cutting your mushrooms.
- In a large skillet, add the olive oil, and saute the mushrooms for about 5-8 minutes. Continue to stir, so they do not burn.
- Once the mushrooms are tender, transfer to a large mixing bowl, mix in the thyme, salt, and mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
- Cut the dough into about 3×3 pieces, and then add the dough to the mixing bowl. Use your hands, adhere to the mushroom/cheese mixture on the dough, and roll into a ball.
- Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the mushroom puffs onto the air fryer sheet, and air fry for 5-7 minutes at 330 degrees F. (air fryer setting)
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
