Description
With the holidays coming up, I wanted to make some fun food in the air fryer, to be served on holidays and get-togethers. Today, I made my son’s favorite Air Fryer Caramel Popcorn.
Ingredients

- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- In a medium-sized, microwave safe, mixing bowl, add the butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and baking soda.
- Place in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until the mixture is bubbling.
- Then pour the bubbling mixture onto the popcorn, use tongs, and toss, so the popcorn is well coated.
- Pour the popcorn mixture onto the air fryer tray, set into the air fryer for 5 minutes at 250 degrees F. After the 5 minutes, use tongs and flip the popcorn and then air fry for another 5 to 8 minutes.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
