Air Fryer Buttermilk Fried Chicken is such a great meal for anyone. It is one of the best dishes to make in the air fryer! Easy and absolutely delicious.
Today I made a simple buttermilk fried chicken, using some drumsticks and thighs I had on hand, but you can change this out to anything. The air fryer does a great job of crisping up the chicken without a lot of oil. (hardly any)

Ingredients:
- Chicken Thighs and/or drumsticks
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- White Vinegar
- Yellow Mustard
- Sweet Paprika
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Celery Flakes
- Brown Sugar
- Dry Mustard
- Garlic Powder
- Cumin
Simple Directions:
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the sweet paprika, salt, black pepper, celery flakes, brown sugar, dry mustard, garlic powder, and cumin.
- Split the seasoning mix into 2 bowls.
- Rub the chicken with the seasoning mix. As you coat them with the rub, place them into a large bowl, then pour in the buttermilk.
- Cover and refrigerate for about an hour
- Then add them to the air fryer basket.
- Air Fry for 15 minutes at 375 degrees F, air fryer setting. Flip the chicken and air fry for another 5 to 10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the vinegar and yellow mustard.
- Then rub the chicken with the vinegar and mustard sauce. Rub on more some of the dry rub.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Ingredients

- 6 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
