There is nothing better than a biscuit sandwich, and you can easily purchase a batch of frozen biscuit breakfast sandwiches. These homemade ones are amazing! 

I love making my kids breakfast, and although I love it, I wouldn’t say I like to wait for the oven to preheat and enter the air fryer.

Made with simple ingredients such as egg, bacon, and biscuits, they are light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients For Air Fryer Breakfast Biscuits With Eggs & Bacon

  • Frozen Biscuits
  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Cooked Bacon

How To Make Air Fryer Breakfast Biscuits With Eggs & Bacon

Spray your air fryer tray or basket with olive oil, and then spread the biscuits out onto the tray or the basket, leaving room, so they don’t stick together.

Set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, flip the biscuits over and air fry for another 5 minutes.

Once the biscuits have cooled down a bit, add your scrambled eggs, cooked bacon, or any other sandwich ingredients you want.

Tips:

  • For best results, brush melted butter onto your biscuit. This will give your biscuits the best flavor.
  • You can use any toppings that you want, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, or even poached eggs.
  • You can switch the bacon out for cooked sausage.
  • Add some cheese, place it onto the eggs, and place it back into the air fryer to melt for a couple of seconds.

  • 1 package frozen biscuits, frozen Pillsbury Grands Southern Style Biscuits
  • 3 cups scrambled eggs
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked

Instructions

  • Spray your air fryer tray or basket with olive oil, and then spread the biscuits out onto the tray or the basket, leaving room, so they don’t stick together.
