My kids really love blueberry muffins. Today, I made a batch of Air Fryer Blueberry Streusel Muffins. As do I, they have always been my favorite, and I often make a batch on Sunday or Monday, so we can have them for breakfast for a few days. I love waking up and having breakfast already made, it makes for a great morning.
If you have never made blueberry muffins, they are simply wonderful and smell wonderful while you are baking them.
How To Make Air Fryer Blueberry Streusel Muffins,
What Muffins Pans Can I Use In The Air Fryer?
A very common question that I get asked a lot is can you use paper muffin cups in an air fryer.
The answer is yes, but no. I do not recommend using them, since the muffins do have the chance of blowing around, while air frying. And therefore could pose a fire hazard. If you do not have any air fryer muffin tins or pans, you can use ramekins.
Should I Use Fresh or Frozen Berries?
Ï prepared these muffins with fresh blueberries, but you can use frozen blueberries.
The best advice I will give you is to add them while they are frozen.
How Do I Store Leftover Muffins?
The easiest way to store them is to put the leftover blueberry muffins in to put them an airtight container and leave at room temperature. They should last about 2 to 3 days.
If you would like to keep them longer, simply put them an airtight container, and place it in the refrigerator. They should last about 4 to 5 days.
If you would like to freeze them, let them cool to room temperature, they place them in a Ziploc bag, and the night before you want a blueberry muffin, simply place it in the refrigerator or leave on the counter overnight. Or just pop the frozen muffin into the air fryer for a couple of minutes.
