  • Use parchment paper: Place a piece of parchment paper on the bottom of the air fryer basket to prevent the galette from sticking and to make cleanup easier.
  • Adjust the cooking time: Cooking time may vary depending on the model and size of your air fryer. Generally, it takes around 12-15 minutes to cook a galette in an air fryer, but it’s best to check on it periodically to ensure that it doesn’t overcook.
  • Use a pie crust shield: To prevent the edges of the galette from burning; you can use a pie crust shield or aluminum foil to cover the edges of the galette.
  • Let it cool: Once your galette is done cooking, remove it from the air fryer basket and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the filling to set and prevent it from spilling out when cutting it.
