Air Fryer, Blueberry Coffee Cake
This is one of the easiest recipes and it’s such a budget-friendly breakfast, I made this entire coffee cake for under $1.50. The price will largely depend on how much the Jiffy Blueberry Cake Mix is in your area.
Here are the step by step instructions, so you can make it in your very own air fryer,
In a large bowl, mix together the blueberry mix, egg, milk, and vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Spray your pan with olive oil (see the pans I recommend at the end of the instructions)
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Set the pan into the air fryer basket or oven and set the temperature to 320 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes check and make sure that the cake is cooked all the way through. An easy way to do that is to stick a toothpick into the center if it comes out clean, you are fully baked, if not add another few minutes.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
