This has been all of the rage in the Air Fryer group. So, I thought, why not. This is not my recipe, I have two sources, I would like to site:
They are extremely easy to make and they are very versatile, I will be updating my post in the coming weeks, as I just ordered Trader Joe’s, Everything Bagel Topping, which Looks AMAZING!
So, the directions are pretty easy.
Combine the greek yogurt, flour and baking soda in a mixer.
Mix until it forms a ball.
ALL YOU NEED
Greek Yogurt, 1 cup
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 cup of flour (any type will work)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Here are some other of my tried and true recipes
Don’t Forget To Pin
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup non-fat Greek blueberry yogurt
- 1 large egg white
Start by mixing together the flour, baking powder, salt and then mix in the yogurt.
Mix in the Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms.
Place your dough onto a floured surface.
Take a piece of the dough and create a long rope, you should be able to get 4 bagels out of the dough.
Spray your basket with olive oil.
As you make circles with your dough, add them to the air fryer basket. In a small bowl, break the egg white and brush it on the bagel.
Set your temperature to 280 degrees F, for 5 minutes.
When the time is up, check and make sure that the bagels are fully cooked, if not add another 2 minutes.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
