Air Fryer Birthday Confetti Cake-Today was my husband’s birthday so I made him a gorgeous cake, and it was perfectly baked in the air fryer, so I wanted to share with you my recipe.

If you are looking for a special cake for a birthday, celebration, or just a fun cake for the entire family, this is the cake.

I also want you to know that baking cakes in the air fryer are easy and absolutely delish, we are talking about bakery quality here folks. Light, moist, and absolutely delish. As you take your third slice (I’m imagining here) you will be wondering yourself, how you make such an amazing cake.

How To Cook A Birthday Cake In An Air Fryer

Make the cake mix, per the instructions on the package. Using non-stick cooking spray, spray an air fryer safe pan (see my suggestion in the recipe instructions)

Then set the air fryer safe pan with the cake mix inside of it into the air fryer. Set the time for 20 minutes at 320 degrees F. Check the cake is it done? If it is done, pull the cake out and let the rest of the counter, for frosting/decoration. If it is not done, add another 5 minutes and check it. Is it done, if not repeat, until the cake is fully cooked.

The exact time will depend on your air fryer wattage and the size pan you used. Note: To check the cake for doneness, stick a toothpick in the middle of the cake, if it comes out clean it is done. Remove from the air fryer. Add a great layer of frosting and sprinkles, candles too.

The first step is to Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Next, you’ll need to mix together the dry ingredients. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1/4 tsp salt. Set this mixture aside.
