Air Fryer Grilled Lamb Loin Chops are amazing! Made with a few ingredients, they are infused with flavor!
I love a great lamb dish, and this one is no different, although air-fired, instead of grilled or prepared in a skillet!
Loads and loads of flavor, and served with some extra lemon wedge, for even more flavor! If you have never made lamb chops, this is a great recipe to start with, and truly in minutes, you can have a great and delicious meal on the table that the entire family will want again and again!
I love making lamb, and I was lucky enough to grow up eating a lot of lambs, and the air fryer does just as good, if not better at perfectly cooking them, than the oven!

What is the difference between lamb chops and lamb loin chops?
Lamb Loin Chops, which I used today, are almost like steaks. They look the same as steak. Loin chops are cut from the lamb’s back, behind the rib cage, and runs down the lamb’s spine.
Lamb loins are thicker than regular lamb chops. Lamb chops are generally smaller and have less meat on them since they’re part of the ribs.
How long do I cook lamb loin chops?
I like to have my lamb medium-rare, so when the internal temperature reaches about 145 degrees F, I remove them.
I do not like lamb chops that are well done because I find that they are tough. If you are looking for a tender piece of lamb, remove the chops when the internal temperature reads 145 degrees F.
How do you know when lamb chops are cooked?
YOu can start to tell that they are almost cooked when they start to turn brown. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving them. This way, all of the juices settle to the middle of the lamb for a juicy and tender lamb chop.
