Air Fryer, Air Fried, Instant Pot, Vortex Plus, Air Fried Cinnamon, Sugar, Banana Tortilla Roll-Ups
Yummy, is all I can say, and if you haven’t tried this, I’m not sure what you are waiting for!
I served this to my kids for breakfast, and with the extra drizzle of caramel, both of them were in heaven. This is a great recipe to alter out, next time I am going to try Nutella and bananas, because what can be better?
My kids have really been enjoying my air fried food this month, and I hope that you have too. My 14-year-old favorite is going to be the fried dough hack, he is really excited because he is now an expert and he makes it all the time, his friends come in. So, if you haven’t tried it or, think it’s too hard, remember the 14-year-old boy, mastered it, so you can too.
My 16-year-old, Ethan is one of the best testers, I will hand him anything and he will try it. My favorite thing happened last week, when his friend was over, he told his friend, take it, everything she makes in the air fryer is good. Talk about a parenting win! I think I was walking on air for the rest of the night.

Don’t Forget To Pin—
- 1 large ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter (room temperarue)
- 3 flour tortillas (corn will work too)
Start by laying out your ingredients.
Microwave your tortilla so it softens about 15 seconds.
Spread butter all over it, the butter will melt because the tortilla is hot.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon around the tortilla, it will adhere great, since you have melted butter.
Judge by the size of your tortilla how long your banana can be so that you can wrap it up and cover the sides.
Then roll it up, paying careful attention to the sides, as you don't want the banana oozing out.
I used toothpicks to keep it in place.
Place them on your air fryer tray or in the basket.
Set temperuare to 340 degree F, for 5 minutse.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
