Air Fryer Cranberry Orange Quick Bread Loaf is a great and easy breakfast, for any morning. I love a great quick bread.
This is one of my favorite ways to use fresh cranberries. It is truly my favorite breakfast, so I always freeze a few bags when fresh cranberries come around. There is nothing like a piece of hot cranberry bread with a smear of cream cheese. It’s amazing when paired with a hot cup of coffee.

Air Fryer Cranberry Orange Quick Bread Loaf
Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour
- Granulated Sugar
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Baking soda
- Unsalted Butter
- Orange juice
- Egg
- Fresh Cranberries
Simple Directions:
- Start by making the mix, in a large mixing bowl mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Then mix in the butter, eggs, orange juice.
- Fold in the cranberries.
- Grab your bread pan that is air fryer safe, see my suggestions for items used, for the one I used. Spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- Set the temperature for 310 F, and the time for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes check and check for doneness. If it is not done, add another 5 minutes. Until it’s fully cooked, and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once fully cooked, remove the loaf pan, from the air fryer basket, let cool slightly.
- Once cooled, slice and serve.
