Air Fryer Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Muffins are amazing! If you have not made muffins in your air fryer, I really urge you to try soon!The way that I describe Air Fryer Muffins to moist, fluffy, and absolutely amazing.
The key to making a great muffin, that does not look lopsided is to use a real muffin tin. I recently found a metal muffin tin, that fits into my air fryer, and they appear much better looking. No longer lopsided.
Air Fryer Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour
- Granulated sugar
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Unsalted butter
- Egg
- Milk
- Pure Vanilla extract
- Semisweet chocolate chips
Simple Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour in the melted butter
- Then mix in the egg.
- Add the milk, vanilla extract, and mix well.
Pay attention to scrap the bottom of the mixing bowl, to make sure all of the ingredients are incorporated.
- Then hand mix in the chocolate chips.
- Mix well.
- Meanwhile, place the muffin cups into the muffin tin holder. Make sure they are all air fryer safe.
- Pour the batter into the cups, about 1/2 to 2/3 full.
- Place the filled muffin tin into the air fryer basket, and set the time for 320 degrees for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes pull out your muffins, check and make sure they are completely done. If they do not add another 2-3 minutes. Recheck.
- Remove from the air Fryer basket let cool.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
