This was my son’s lunch, Mac & Cheese is his favorite meal of all time, and really likes the baked taste, with the breadcrumbs on top. So, today I thought I would try it in the air fryer.

This is the product, that I used in this recipe.

Per the package instructions, boil the pasta for 10 minutes, until soft and then strain.

Per the package instructions, mix in the butter and seasoning blend.

Per the package instructions, mix in the cheese packet.

Mix well.

Scoop the macaroni and cheese into an air fryer safe casserole dish. This is mine

Set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 8 minutes. (air fryer setting)

Plate, serve and enjoy!
