Cheesecake everyone’s favorite dessert. Today, I did a twist on traditional cheesecake and made an Air Fryer Cheesecake Chocolate Pie.
My family is a bunch of chocolate lovers, so I thought this would be the perfect ending to our meal tonight.
If have never had chocolate cheesecake, it’s a really rich and chocolatey dessert. Surround by a light buttery crust. While traditional cheesecake is baked inside a graham cracker crust, I liked the buttery flavor against the chocolate cheesecake. I think it was perfect.
Here Is How To Make Air Fryer Cheesecake
Ingredients Used–
- 1 refrigerated pie dough
- 6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 2 ounces melted bittersweet chocolate
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
The Simple Directions-
- Start by preparing your crust, put it into the pie dish that you are using, and trim the excess.
- In a small bowl mix the cream cheese, sugar, melted chocolate, mix well. Then add the egg yolk and vanilla extract. It will be very creamy.
- Pour it into the pie shell.
- Plate the pie plate into the air fryer basket, set the temperature 350 degrees for, and the time for 9 minutes.
- After the 9 minutes, check and see how your pie looks. Is the pie set, if not add another 1-2 minutes until it’s done.
- Once set remove from the air fryer basket. Let cool, then garnish,
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!

- Make sure you use a thin pan, I have found that the thicker pan you use the less chance that it will bake through.
- Let the cheesecake cool, after it comes out the air fryer. I usually advise about 1 to 2 hours, before digging in. It gives it a chance to firm up.
- The cream cheese does best when it is at room temperature.
