Start by mixing the pumpkin, sugar, eggs.

Mix in the evaporated milk, mix in the maple syrup, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and salt.

Take your uncooked mini pie shell. Fill your pie shell with pumpkin pie filling.

Place in the oven or the basket, and set temperature for 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 8 to 10 minutes. The middle should be set when you finish cooking it. If not, add a few more minutes. Then let cool before serving (about 30 minutes)

Graham Cracker Crust & Variations:

While today, I used a prepared graham cracker crust that I found in the baking aisle of my local grocery store. There is actually a straightforward recipe to make your own.

But you can use a lot of different crust options. Some of my favorites are gingersnaps, crushed graham crackers with honey, and even chocolate wafer cookies.

What Pumpkin To Use

Today, I used a simple canned pumpkin puree, which is found near the canned pie fillings. The important thing is that you should not use canned pumpkin pie filling, as it is already sweetened with condensed milk and seasonings.

If you use it, you will get a very, very sweet pumpkin pie. Both Costco and Trader Joe’s have their own version, which is available starting in late summer.

How To Serve

This is best served at either room temperature or chilled. I usually make a batch since they take so little time to make and serve; they are best served almost warm.

I usually serve this with either vanilla or pumpkin ice cream or whipped cream.

Storing Air Fryer Pumpkin Pie With Graham Crust

If you have any leftovers, let them cool to room temperature, and then place them into an airtight container. Place the container into the refrigerator, where they will stay for about 2 to 3 days.

Due to the ingredients, I have not had great results with freezing them.

  • 15 ounces solid pack pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 8 mini graham cracker shells
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Start by mixing the pumpkin, sugar, and eggs.
  • Mix in the evaporated milk.
  • Then mix in the maple syrup, ground cinnamon, ginger, and salt.d salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Take your uncooked mini pie shell.
  • Fill your pie shell with pumpkin pie filling.
  • Place in the oven or the basket, and set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 10  minutes. The middle should be set when you finish cooking it. If not, add a few more minutes. Then let cool before serving (about 30 minutes)
