Yummy, how about some Air Fryer, Air Fried, Instant Pot, Vortex Plus, Air Fried Apple Pie Egg Rolls
My mother was a great baker, she always baked muffins or another breakfast item on Sunday nights, and we would bring them to our walk to school on Monday mornings. This was great because Monday’s for most people are slowly starting days. So, having a portable breakfast was important, and since I’m old, we didn’t own a microwave or eat frozen foods. So, having an on the go-to breakfast was awesome in my eyes.
My kids have the same problem on most mornings, so today, I am making homemade Apple Pie Egg Rolls for their breakfast or dessert after school today.

Air Fryer, Air Fried, Instant Pot, Vortex Plus, Air Fried Apple Pie Egg Rolls
This is a very easy and tasty recipe, using fresh apples, with a coating of cinnamon apple filling, all wrapped in a fried egg roll. Easy and great fall dessert.
- 3 apples, peeled and diced
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 3 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- water, to brush around the edges
- olive oil spray
Start by peeling and dicing the apples, then put them in a small mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, ground cinnamon and lemon juice, Combine well.
Layout the egg roll wrapper, and place 2 tablespoons inside of the wrapper.
Roll them up, brushing water on the sides and ends, to keep the egg roll and filling in place.
Spray the tops with olive oil. and then set in the air fryer set the timer for 5 minutes at 330 degrees F.
Plate, serve and enjoy!
